Dogs Angels exists thanks to the incredible work of our volunteers, who give their time, skills, and hearts to make rescue possible. Together, they:

• Assess each dog to ensure they are ready for rehoming
• Vet potential adopters and match them carefully with suitable dogs
• Organise foster homes to provide safe and loving temporary care
• Fundraise tirelessly to cover essential veterinary costs and daily needs
• Transport dogs, share updates, and spread the word to help us reach more people

It is this teamwork that gives every dog in our care a real chance of finding their forever home.
 

 
We never turn our backs on a dog in need. We rescue and rehome everything from cute little puppies looking for their first families to breeds that are often overlooked and unfairly judged. We also care for dogs with behavioural issues that need patience, guidance, and structure, as well as those unfortunate cases where a dog simply needs a second chance at life. Many of the dogs we welcome into our care just need a little extra TLC, whether they are recovering from neglect, injury, or trauma. No matter the breed, background, or circumstances, we believe every dog deserves love, respect, and the chance to thrive.

We are proud to say that 100% of every donation goes directly to the welfare of the dogs. We have no paid staff or admin overheads; every cent you give helps with veterinary care, food, microchipping, spaying/neutering, and the essentials needed to prepare dogs for adoption.

We dream of an Ireland where no dog is left behind. Through rescue, fostering, adoption, education, and advocacy, we are building a future where dogs are respected, cared for, and loved as family. Until then, Dogs Angels will continue to fight for the most vulnerable, one wagging tail at a time.
